I've Been thinking about this aff program... would you consider it a good choise??

Hi Ally,

It's one of the good choices, if you have a
good niche.

But what I don't like with Commission Junction
if your account is dormant (no sales in 6 months)
they deactivate your account or charge you
some fees if you have a positive balance.

I believe Clickbank does this too. You can refer it here:

Linkshare, Kolimbo, ShareASale - my dormant accounts
with them are still active.

I thought clickbank simply closed your account... but... I didn't know about any fee, I mean, I just started how can I be better so at least in6 month I wont get charged... :S

I know what you mean.

Just concentrate on one niche
and do a lot of article marketing.

I believe CJ is a great source of affiliate products. ClickBank too. Yes it becomes a problem if your program is dormant, however, I have a solution for this. In line with "Honest Affiliates", I only promote programs that I use myself. While promoting programs I use, I buy it with my own link give it a whirl. This saves my account. If it's a flop, nobody but me loses on the return fees. If it's great, then I promote it full speed. Good luck!

How can I prevent my account from being closed for non-activity?

Answer:

Commission Junction deactivates accounts for lack of performance
(dormant account policy) if they have not generated any commissionable
transactions for six consecutive months.

To prevent your account from being deactivated, you can make a
purchase from one of your advertisers to generate a commission.

If you cancel the purchase, return the merchandise, use an invalid
credit card or the transaction is reversed for any other reason it will
not count as a commissionable transaction.
