Sending files over the internet net is fairly simply. However, with files (such as images and videos) becoming larger and larger it's a good idea to use a compression/decompression utitlity program aka "zip" program.

Most people are familiar with Winzip. And you can use it for "free" for a short period of time before it expires and then you have to purchase the software.
