Did you use keyword selection to narrow down your ideas? Find out which of your ideas have the most people searching for those keywords and the least competition. Maybe that will narrow your field?

No, Holly's offer is for your own website. I haven't tried it but that's what I understood, it's not to promote her book.

Another thing you can do is get Ewisoft free website builder - there are free options now, not just free trial (it's described in my blog also). Then you can build the site totally for free but you would have to get webhosting which starts at a few dollars a month. That's what I did.

Or you can get a free blog at blogger.com, which allows affiliate links but it doesn't have all capabilities of a blog.
