Besides the usual ways to attract targeted web traffics such as google adwords, writing articles, posting in forum and SEO, what other methods do you use to attract targeted web traffics to your site?

Digg sent me 18,000 visits on an article that I did that made the front page.
Social networks are awesome marketing spots and don't forget MySpace.
