As ever, if anyone has the time, do you know of any tips for writing titles [don't know if that's the actual term - the header, that'll end up on google].

I'm starting out just on posting Ads and reviews.

i've got the hang of keyword searching for the niches [well i say i have, cough, cough, cough!...] - Holl's book was was very direct on what to do there. Just the 'Header'- making it stand out. And the ultimate goal - how to get into the top ten in the Google list for your nich [Or is that one and the same with the Keyword - Still new at this.].

I'm working on this at the moment, but if anyone has any hints on what 'not to do' [such as - i'm trying to find the balance between not sounding like a corny sales pitch and yet; still sound enticing], and if any one has any golden 'what to do's' that they might be willing, and have time free, to share like.

A quick tip.

Obviously you want to have your keyword in it. You will already know that.

However, you want to try and arrange it so that you keyword is as close to the beginning as possible. So for example if your keyword was.

"Fried Tomatoes" and your title was going to be "How to Make Fried Tomatoes Taste Delicious"

you might want to rearrange it to be a bit more like.

"Fried Tomatoes - 5 Ways to Make Them Taste Scrumptious"

Writing good titles for Google is one thing, writing click-sucking headings is another.

You've got to make people WANT to click your title. Having a first page listing is no good if your title is not screaming "CLICK ME BABY!"

When writing a title it's important to put the keywords in the first 3 words of the title because they hold the most weights.

It's also good to write something like the Secret Behind or

Another good thing to do is to ask a question like what can you... how can you...

And another good way to do a title is to say something like how to... or learn...
