In an email Holly sent out in May she wrote that one of the ways of attracting visitors to your website was by: "Posting messages to e-mail discussion lists."

I never gave this a second thought until this afternoon; so where can I go to get a list of these email discussions.

At the moment I'm busy pushing one of my Squidoo lens Childhood Leukemiaand would like to give this type of promotion a go.
