Hi, I have not been here for a while. And to make matters more confusing I have changed my username and my picture. I used to be juno with lots of 4's.

Okay. I have my first Wordpress Blog going and I am looking for how I can set it up to automatically bookmark its posts (in Social Bookmarking sites) whenever a new post is made.

It already does that on Twitter, as there is a plugin for that.

I know a plugin exists which does this, but it is a bit more money than I can spend right now and I am wondering if there are alternatives.

Either plugins, or perhaps Social Bookmarking sites which themselves have set-ups to automatically bookmark every time you post? I have read that this exists, but no specifics.

Hmm, well I was using a plug-in from Alvin Phang and Atomic Blogging which did this, but, the Social Bookmarking sites didn't like that to much.

So now as soon as a blog post is made I have to do one or two things or both.

I haven't found a good plug-in to replace the other one yet. These other two ways are exactly what we've been doing as Social Power Linking members until a suitable replacement plug-in is found.

It takes a while to sign-up to all of the Social Bookmark sites, but, after that it's a pretty fast process.

I think self bookmarking is not good as it gives bad impression for users who will see from bookmarking site.
