Haha. I have the same problem with my Free Poems blog. Kept getting funny ads like "buy sleeping pills" because I had a poem about dreams (as in goals). Or for arthritis medicine because I said "while piercing frost deep 'neath our bones" etc.

I am trying the "link" types of ads instead for a while, see if that goes better.

Also adsense support suggested to me that I:

Use more keywords throughout my context, paying attnention to words in bold print etc.

Use the "competitive site filter" to filter out ads from specifics sites. I tried it but not sure if I got it working yet.
