I don't know for sure if it's due to Blogger's new version or not, but I just can't figure out so far how to forward a Godaddy domain I have to a blogger site I created just for it. I'll probably need to call GoDaddy's phone support since they've already emailed me a note that didn't help at all.

Anyone know anything off-hand that could be of help to me? It's no longer just a matter of selecting "forard domain" on the screen for that...there's more to it than that. (?) I've had another domain with enom for several months that is still forwarding just fine to a blogger blog, but I sure can't figure out how to do it again!?

Check out http://www.AuctionBucket.com I just used the regular godaddy "forward domain" screen and it forwards to auctionbucket.blogspot.com It does take around 10 minutes for it to take effect.

That's encouraging then, but now that means I have a few more questions for you, if you don't mind, Mike. Since mine must be messed up for some reason, what are your domain's settings under "nameservers", and in the "DNS Total Control" screen, what are your settings for the cname "www"? GoDaddy emailed me that it should read "ghs.google.com" for blogger sites, but it's not working for me.

I'd really appreciate it if you could get back to me with this, or anyone else that's familiar with GoDaddy/Blogger. Thanks!

what are your domain's settings under "nameservers", and in the "DNS Total Control" screen

Name Server: PARK31.SECURESERVER.NET
Name Server: PARK32.SECURESERVER.NET

If that does not help, I would suggest to call GoDaddy.

Hi, thanks for trying to help me out. I made sure I had the default parked name server addresses set as you mentioned, but there was still more to my problem. A call to GoDaddy finally solved it for me...so for anyone else who may have trouble getting their domain to forward, here's what my problem was:

Under Total DNS Control, "A Host" should be set to: 64.202.189.170, which is GoDaddy's forwarding IP address. Without this, I was told, the forwarding will not work no matter what anything else is set at.

Problem solved though, and thanks for your help once again!
