I'm looking for a CMS to use for a membership website I'm working on. I'm very familiar with Wordpress and Joomla but have reservations about using either of them for this project. I have even been seriously considering writing my own CMS to suit my needs!

I've known about Drupal for ages but never used it. I just figured that it was enough like Joomla not to bother. But I just stumbled across a version called DrupalEd which is aimed at teachers.

The reason I'm thinking about using it is that you can schedule the release of content so that each user gets the next lesson, file, post, video, whatever, at the right time.

You can drip feed content to members instead of flood them with all of your content on day 1. And you can change each user's schedule to fast track them or slow down delivery for those who need more time.

Anybody using Drupal or heard good (or bad) things about it?
