I would love it if someone could help me with this query. Its probably really basic but I am not experienced in all this, just learning

I would like to know is it possible/straightforward to move a site from an old Frontpage design to Joomla or maybe Wordpress, or do you need to start anew? If you can transfer how would you do it? Can you keep the same url?

I do like the look of Joomla but is it difficult to learn?

I think a designer could make a template for joomla based on the old template from frontpage. All the content should be republished. I havefound that content publishing with joomla is easier task compared what we have with SBI.
