Yes, CB is a reputed payment processor. Sometimes merchants even mention that the product is sold through ClickBank to give extra confidence to the buyers.

Only problem is crackers can find their way to thank you pages but they are very few. Just incase you want to protect that from happening you can use DLGuard you can also create expiring links so that when the links get passed around others won't be able to reach the thank you page. It's selling at $127 right now there is also another software for $67 but DLGuard has a solid reputation for protection. Before you buy see if you really want it because as I said,only a few people know how to crack the CB's security system.
