It seems that the live chat area is not as useful being off the main page. I've had an ongoing conversation with a couple of members for a week, that would normally have resolved in a day with the live chat area visible. Just keep missing the replies. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry Dianne! I KNOW!!! I will try to put it on the frontpage and remove that login area (or move the login area). all of the menus at the top are Modules (joomla term) and I tried to add another one but could not figure out how to. or tried to remove the login once you were logged in..but that caused an error. I will try again today. I know this would be much better on the homepage. THANKS for hte reminder )
