Hi,
I used Adobe Acrobat (online free version) to create my pdf. I sometimes have problems though because if the URLs are not fully written out, like; www.urlname.com or http://www.urlname.com then they will not be hyperlinked. Sometimes I would like to make shorter URLS, like Bluehost.com or just Bluehost and when I need to do further edits and change hyperlinks or make hyperlinks (after I have already created the adobe file for my ebook) then I use CutePDF to do that. It works wonderfully.

Thanks Holly for your reply. This forum and your book have been wonderful resources. This business has such a large learning curve but your book has definitely helped cut that down a bit.

I tried Cute. It worked fine. But I don't know about doing anything fancy with it. I never tried.

WWW.PDF995.COM is another free PDF creator worth a look. It installs as a print driver so you can make your PDF from within whatever application you've created your document.

Thanks Mark - I forgot to mention that one. I actually decided to use PDF995 for my Honest Riches 2 ebook because the actual quality seemed to be higher than the other software I usually use. Then I did have to do further edits (to fix hyperlinks and add/edit stuff) through CutePDF.
