The pic is a 36kb jpeg image. when I try to load it, the message says "pending".
Any hints for adding a picture to your profile?

That's ok Susan, that just means that Holly will have to look at it and approve it before it's posted. It's a safety measure, as to keep undesirable pictures from going up automatically. Give it some time and eventually it will come up. She's a real busy person, so don't worry i'm sure she'll get to it when she can.
