I tried to get you on the live chat, but you must not be looking over there. Kathy gave you the right instructions. You do need to use the [ instead of { to wrap your url. She just used the { so that you could actually see the code. If she had put the [ there instead it would have turned it into the actual link and you wouldnt be able to see the layout of the code.

Here is what you should have
{url=http://www.painstopped.com}http://www.painstopped.com{/url}

Again, you have to change the { to [ to make it work.
