Link Exchange 2007/02/14 05:04
Has anyone used linkexchange.com. I've never used it but am a little worried because I hear and read all these things that say search engines don't like it when you have a bunch of links back to your site?? Any suggestions?? Thanks

The way I understand it is that they don't like a bunch of links that have nothing to do with the content of your site. If you have a anti-wrinkle cream for example, they don't want to see links from sites that don't have anything to do with that subject. I hope this helps.

These days what you want to do first is to concentrate on building a website with quality content and submit articles to directories.

This way it will be easier to attract relevant quality link exchange partners in future. You need to convince them it's a win-win situation and not give them the impression that you're taking advantage of their position to give your website a boost. It takes time but it's achievable.
