I want to be an affiliate for Commission Junction so I filled the forms in online. Then I got an email that tells me to fill in this W-8BEN form and then to fax it.

I'm from Australia and I'm unfamiliar with this.

I don't know which boxes to tick!!!

So far all I know is my name and personal details!!! LOL

Can someone advise me on what to do???

I had the same problem - and I'm in Canada (but really an Aussie!). I gave up with the sign up process because I couldn't figure out this screen when it came up.

I'm not sure why they want non-US residents to fill out US tax forms.....

If anyone out there can help it would be much appreciated!

Hi Everyone,

I am from the states and just find their setup confusing in general. They have a ton of information right from the get go and it's quite discouraging just to signup.

I went to this Virtual Expo on March 20th-22nd and found a lot of different sites there. Linkshare, CJ, and a bunch of others. I decided to go with Affiliatier I think is how you spell it. I cloaked the link and forget, duh, sorry.

Anyways, since you are living out of the states and were having problems I found the setup with this site probably the easiest of the 6 I ended up joining.

Holly, sorry for posting a link but just tryin' to help some peeps out if you ever come across this thread
