I really like article marketing myself. It's definitely easier to promote something if you at least have a blog. LIke it's been said, WOrdpress and Blogger are free. I started with Blogger and it's very easy to make one there. You don't have to even have a domain name or pay for hosting. Although, having your own domain makes you more credible.

Social book marking sites like Digg, Stumble, Facebook, MYSpace are also ways to promote.

If I am doing reviews on a blog, posting on US Free Ads and submitting articles to GoArticles, does anyone have a clue as to how long it takes to start making money with this? I realize it depends on the product and quality of the promotional materials, but even a wild guess would be comforting....
