Any thoughts on Derek Gehl? 2008/01/20 07:46
I was hoping someone out there had some thoughts or experiences to share about Derek Gehl and The Internet Marketing Center.

I've checked around for reviews of his products and they seem to be mainly pretty good. One or two complained about a couple of points but, of course, you can't please everyone so I don't know how much weight to place on them.

I figure people on this forum are pretty straight shooters so I'd appreciate your comments.

Derek Gehl is the successor to the late Cory Rudl. Cory Rudl is one of the pioneers of internet marketing from way back, until, unfortunately he died in a car crash.

Their stuff is very good from what I've been exposed to. But, then again, it's been a while since I've looked at any of their newer stuff.

Some of the top marketers around have been trained by either Cory Rudl or Derek Gehl. People such as Jermaine Griggs, Declan Dunn and the list could go on and on. Jim Daniels was also trained using the IMC training materials as well I believe.

I'm sure you could learn a lot from their training, but, at the same time I think you could learn the same types of things that are included in their training for a more reasonable cost than what they charge.

I know Derek has been upping the price on their training considerably for a while. Depending on what package or program you thinking about going through I would shop around a little bit.

I know your can get very good training for reasonable costs, instead of being taken to the bank. I'm not knocking IMC to any degree because some of their stuff isn't nearly as high priced as some of the real gougers out there.

I've been writing on my blog the last while about the ridiculous high costs of some of this training lately, and if you want my honest opinion, just do a bit of shopping around.

Cheers and I hope that helps,

Thanks, Davin,

That's very helpful.

I had been looking at the new program he released last week - the Info Biz Creator. It is a tad expensive.
