I'm really confused with the form from CJ and Linkshare.

In Part II Qualification Statement, I have no clue as to which box to tick.

There's all these different boxes:

Foreign government ( Do I tick this? Altho i'm not representing my government?)

International Organisation (I know not to tick this one)

Foreign central bank

OR,

Foreign tax-exempt organisation.


I really don't want to fill in the wrong thing.

Also, when I earn through CJ and Linkshare, will I have to pay 30% tax on gross earnings? That's a lot of tax! It was mentioned in the W-8BEN form.

well i happened to come across this and just realized it's a month old. Have you found your answer or would you like some help.

If you would just place the links to these sites in here and I will check back and see if there here to take a look at.
