O.K. everybody,

after reading Holly's book I realized that I already knew 98% of what is taught but I also realized that I need to change a couple of things to be successful:

- Concentrate more on the customer
- Train my writing skills or hire somebody to do it for me
- Try new ways to make money online

So I started today with that, I just bought a viral membership site script which I want to use to create my first membership based website. A lot of things will follow.

Here are my tasks for this year:

- Launch my membership site with my first product
- Install a professional autoresponder
- Create 10 different Squeeze Pages
- Hire a ghost writer to write 20 articles for my niche websites (maybe monthly)
- Optimize my current websites (I must have done some mistakes, don't know yet what they were)
- Create Joint Ventures
- Write and launch my first e-Book
- Install an Affiliate Program for that e-Book

My goals are:

October 1st:

- at least 300 free members at the membership site
- at least 500 autoresponder signups
- Get at least one niche website for a major search-term in the top 10

January 1st:

- at least 2000 free members at the membership site
- at least 30 upgraded members
- at least 2000 autoresponder signups
- make at least $1000 with all my income streams combined


I think these are realistic figures and can be achieved. I have the skills to do it (besides writing) and I have the will to do it.

Those sound like real good goals to go for Guido.
You hit it on the head with getting your own product together.
Very wise, I currently have a couple ideas in the works as well. I just have to nail down the one I think will be most beneficial. A little more research i guess.

Anyhow, I wish you the best with your goals. They seem very reasonable and attainable.

Hey Geedo Well you certainly have refined your Goals very plainly. Just like a normal Business plan. So do you have a day by day plan to get to those goals? Well I'm a Newbie soooo it sounds overwhelming to me. But never the less It reminded me to start setting Goals. So I started writing mine down & will have them ready in a few days while I look at them & make sure they are reachable. Good Luck, always like seeing you on the forums. it's nice to hear that you like my posts, thanks for the compliments.

I am actually way ahead of my goals (didn't sleep very much...).

I have not only one membership site running, I have now 3 of them and more will follow. Here are 2 of them:

PLR Niches
JV Giveaway

The PLR-Niches website was launched in August and now has close to 300 members. The JV-Giveaway was launched 12 hours ago and now has already 281 contributers. It will be a big one because I have created some JV's with some "big guys".

I have also installed my own autoresponder system on my own domain, it's called Multi Media Autoresponder system. You can download that script as a Platinum member of my PLR-Niches website.

Because in one of your other posts you said if you know JV"Sign-Up-Now" well I didn't know the JV program so I passed on that. Jer
