Ten Years to Retirement 2006/12/04 05:01
That's right, i'm 10 years from retirement,a ctually forced retirement. They kick me out for being too old. I know it sounds illegal and discriminatory, but they can do it.

My goals-
Develop a strong enough business plan to have a $80,000 to $100,000 income in place by 2014.

Have $500,000 in the bank by 2014

Short term-
Have a side income of $1500 a month by the end of 2007

Have a opt in email database of 1000 subscribers by end of 2007

Have a new car from my website buyadogacar.com

I'm creative, just time challenged being the father of a 2 year old boy, a 5 year old Golden REtriever as well as a husband and full time employee.

My question is how aggressive will I need to be in 2007 to reach my short term goals?

I have a website in development that going to be my home base and will be setting up affiliate programs on at least 3 products within the next 2 weeks.

You can look at my site buyadogacar.com to see I do have a creative approach to things.

Any suggestions, hints, comments or plain criticism will be looked upon with eagerness.

Actually, all of those goals are achievable for you. You may even surpass your goals for 2007, very easily if you put your nose to the grindstone. The beauty of an internet business is really there aren't any limits, only those you put on yourself. That's also the beauty of working for yourself, nobody telling you how much you make You decide!

If there is one piece of advice I can give, it's to work on one thing and only one thing at a time until it's finished. It's hard to do, I still get swayed and distracted once in a while but, am getting better at discipline than I used to be.

To the future Davin
