I'm completely new. Just got ALL the materials - don't know what to unzip first - have no idea where to go to start. Just discovered forums a week ago and am still figuring them out.

Holly's book even seems advanced for me.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know I'm supposed to make money within a month or two - so where do I start?
