Forgive me if this seems elementary. I'm perplexed with two issues which I would like to ask about. One> What suggestions can you give me on building my opt-in list? and two> do I need a website to accomplish this?

P.S. is there a turnkey website that can be set up to do this based on subject matter?

Well, building an opt-in list is an ongoing task. You first build a Squeeze page on your own domain preferably. Then you write your autoresponder messages and start to advertise your Squeeze. There are many ways to do this.
