I am so confused. Since 90% of my online payment process is through paypal, I wanted to withdraw some of them but the problem is I live indonesia and paypal won't allow me to withdraw to local bank. I can send money but can't withdraw which is funny.

Any of you guys experiencing the same problems? Then what's the work around for this?

I am thinking of offshore banking like in singapore. I used to have australian bank account since I spent education there but it's gone since I no longer use it.
