I have only had this website up for nearly 1 month, and surprisingly I'm already getting 70 or 80 visitors per day.
As for what works the best, it's too soon to tell. I work on my site every day to improve SEO, and I write lots of articles related to the different topics on the site. I also occasionally build hub pages, which get lots of traffic, and I try to post to my blog at least 2 or 3 times per week.
