My Letter To Adwords... 2007/07/01 00:31

Does anyone else have problems with Adwords?
I have about had it with their "crap" for lack of a better word.
I have had my adwords campaign running on the standard delivery method, which according to their statements:
Standard delivery distributes your budget throughout the day to avoid reaching your budget early on. Your ads will show periodically throughout the day.
However, that has not been the case for me over the past week. I am running a $20 dollar a day budget over the next 30 days, and this is the letter I wrote adwords. Basically I feel their statements are misleading and misrepresenative of how they actually operate. If this were an ad agency I would be asking for THEM to pay for my campaign as they have not properly delivered and distributed my ads the way I had anticipated them to be because I was told, and had asked for them to be delivered completely diffent!
Here is my letter:
My ads are not being evenly delivered as I have asked for them to be.
Instead, for the last week, my ads have been delivered between midnite and noon, almost completely depleting my daily bugdet. Then from noon to midnite my ads have a few cents left for a couple clicks.
This is not what the option under standard delivery states:
Standard delivery distributes your budget throughout the day ---to avoid reaching your budget early on---. Your ads will show periodically throughout the day
This is not how my ads have been running, therefore I am not getting the rotation promised by Google. I see this as spending my advertising dollars in a way other than what I have anticipated according to the statements under the campaign options and settings that have been given in your pages.
These statements are misleading and are not an honest representation of how my ads have been delivered throughout your network during the past week.
I am currently very dissappointed as to how my advertising dollars are being spent, and I would like some assurance that this problem will be resolved.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely, Tony Boswell
