Hi Jenny!!! I totally agree with you on everything you said. The main thing that helps me personally is waking up super early to work before chaos breaks out...I mean before my child wakes up! Kids can be such bottomless pits of energy it is hard to be around them without being impacted by it.

For me, if I can wake up around 4 am or 5 am and get all the tough tasks done then - I am pretty good the rest of the day. I seem to get much more done that way. I get upset if I "sleep in" and wake up after 6 am though because I am not in the right state of mind. Some people work better and accomplish more at night - others in the morning. I like mornings!!!
