Interesting little tool isn't it? I personally think my sites are worth more than they are estimating, because I know what I'm making from them and can project their growth and continued income.

Your counsel to take it with a grain of salt is very true. I checked Sitesell and it estimates the worth just under 300 thousand. I suspect it is worth waaay more than that.

Nevertheless, it was a fun and interesting exercise. Thanks for the tip.
