Over the last few weeks, every time I try to add a site to the DMOZ directory I get a page saying that they are swamped, and to check back in a couple of days.

Today the entire DMOZ.org directory seems to be offline. I'm get a 404 error.

Does anyone know if they are undergoing site maintenance or if something bigger is going on?
