Does it have adds "popping up all over the place" like most of the other free autoresponders?

As a newbie I would like to know if it does the same as ProSender, Aweber etc as I was, in prearation for my wesite launch, about to sign up with Prosender.

I had purchased a domain name recently(eg ABC.com), may I know if the hosting company provides free email for me like xyz@ABC.com? Or I have to purchase an email account differently?

Putting BlueTie.com aside, does anyone know there are free email services available?

To think I've been paying Aweber $19 a month and I could have been doing it for free.
