Goals For 2008 2007/12/13 17:32
I know, this might be a little early but I have already evaluated my numbers for 2007, drawn the statistics and had a look at the results.

When you look inside the "Goals" forum here, you will notice my post for setting my goals in 2007.

I can happily announce that I have more than reached my goals... I am far beyond them already.... So it's time to set new goals... goals for 2008.

I am sharing my goals here and I would like to know about yours. Make them public so you are in a "I have to move" situation. Believe me, it helps. If you post them here in public, then it means you are serious about what you want to reach and if your goals are realistic, then you will reach them

Alright, so here are my goals for 2008:

1.) Create my first 100k launch.

I know this sounds a little big... earning 100.000 Dollars with one launch... but others have shown it is possible, so I can do it as well. I am currently working on 3 new software products that will launch in early 2008. All I need to do is sell 1000 up to 3000 copies of software, depending on the price. That's between 3 and 8 sales a day and with an affiliate program absolute realistic to achieve.

2.) Create my own Training Videos

I haven't touched with creating videos yet, so this is on my list for 2008. I want to create videos to help other people starting their own online business.

3.) Start to outsource my work

I am currently at a point where I can barely handle all the work that is involved in running membership sites, creating new software and launching new products. So for 2008 I plan to outsource most of the work. I already started with outsourcing graphics work (I'll let you see that wonderful work soon).

4.) How to finish 2008

My goal is to finish the year 2008 with an opt-in list of 50.000 subscribers and a residual monthly income of $10.000

Alright... these are huge goals and I know that it will be a lot of work to get there. But like Nike said: "Just Do It"

So what are your goals for 2008? Let us know about them, it will help!

I'm definitely with you on this one Guido.

I also believe what you wrote is attainable, with what all that's been going on lately.

Personally, my plan lies more in the successful launch of not only some of my own membership sites,s but there is talk of another one in which I believe will be very, very successful! Can't mention much on that yet.

So along with those, here is what is in store for my 2008.

-Writing my own full length book and establishing myself as a viral marketing expert-hmmm where do I get that influence?

-definitely begin outsourcing, some days I'm working as many as 16 hours a day, the progress sometimes is much to slow

-more focused building-completely sticking to proven blue prints for success

-creating more successful J/V partnerships

As far as list size and monthly recurring income- on par with yours- I believe that is a realistic amount

With going on the viral marketing front, I'm also racking my brain on some sort of new and different viral software which can be implemented as a mid level product in my marketing funnel. I'm sure I'll speak to you about it when the time comes, perhaps you'll be the programmer.

By the end of 2008 I'd like to be in the position to start implementing the top end, high ticket portions of my funnel in 2009

There you have it..

You guys are right on the money. We have to have a clear plan. One of the best marketing abilities we have is to stay focused. There will be launch after launch bombarding our emails and we have to keep up with trends but only add new strategies and tools if they compliment what we are already building. As for me, I just got a very powerful course on Joint venturing and its awesome...not for hundreds, or even thousands...but for hundreds of thousands or even million dollar deals. All the steps, contracts, and scripts are laid out and It will take me some time before I am ready to approach a few companies but one great deal can really amp up your marketing business. I will keep everyone posted on my progress. I think 2008 has some Honest Riches coming!

Well, you fellows sure do leave me in the dust!

However, I do have goals for 2008, as well. Not quite as lofty, but challenging enough for me. Here they are:

1. Flesh out my auto insurance site to at least 300 pages.
2. Add a new arm (leg?) to my chocolate site with an MLM company promoting "healthy chocolate."
2. Start and build my 3rd site in a joint venture with a friend in a different MLM.
4. I'm scared to say it out loud, but I'm shooting for $3,000 a month by the end of the year from my online ventures. There, I said it!

The last month has been absolutely crazy for me and this next one looks to be more of the same. Our ministry here in Australia has to remain my main priority, but if things calm down a bit and with the Lord's help, I think I just may be able to do it... ...I'm working and praying, anyway.
My sites...

http://www.auto-insurance-helper.com
http://www.allaboutparasites.com
I build my sites with SBI
Free - Step-by-Step Affiliate Course and Quality e-books
I hope they'll be of help to you as they were to me.
