I want to use LinkShare for my affiliate host but they ask for a website. How do I affiliate with their merchants without being eliminated on the basis of using my Holly Mann website to fill in their required website address? They evaluate the website content and other criteria to see if they are willing to work with the site. I'm being declined by their merchants. I want to market the merchants through non-website means, i.e., e-mails, forums, etc. Can you help me get approved by Linkshares merchants? Any help you can give me will be appreciated. I want to offer physical products and not software or e-products like e-books.

I don't think you will be able to join Linkshare without a website that relates to the niche products you want to promote.

I think there are some affiliate programs that will allow it, but I can't think which ones off the top of my head. I feel like someone posted a few in this forum several months ago, but I'm not sure where. Sorry.

You may be able to promote the merchant directly through their site and see if they will work out a private program with you, but I don't know how successful you will be in getting a positive response.

There are a lot of merchants that manage their own affiliate programs. You are much more likely to get approved by them. My suggestion on that would be to Google the product type and then go to the individual sites and look for an affiliate link that will indicate they have a program.

Hello Friend of Jesus(Good Choice!) 1st welcome to the forums. You are in a good place where you are safe & get good honest Information! One of the Affilate programs that Happy was referring to and the most popular is clickbank. But truthfully we have tried a few times! to No avail. Maybe it's just us not sure. But We have come to the conclusion that it is best to create a Web-Site. Happy-House-Wife, Has Built 3 soon to be 4 I think Web-site Business's with NO experince Using SBI! They are very Cheap but you get hands on HELP! NOT just notes on how to create your Business! And her sites are very good, But most Importantly SBI teaches you how to promote properly creating Key-words, Meta-Tags & all the hard stuff! Ya might look up some of Happy's posts! This is in Sara & I's opinion, a very great in-expensive way for a newbie to start. And with SBI you get your hand held all the way! Sara & I do not get any $ for promting this!
