Craigslist does not allow affiliate links or you get banned.
You have to have another site that points to where your affiliate links are.
I had similar problems but made sure I read the rules.
So I posted from Craigslist to my MySpace page which has links to Holly's eBook.
I also tried playing around with cloaking but again the rules state no affiliate links in Craigslist in any form.
Linkcloaking is good if you can hide your affiliate link in with a picture.
Here is an example of one I made for Holly's Ebook.
Below are some examples for you to use. Just change the "name" to your clickbank name.
