Yeah, I know.

Another title with the word FREE in it to get people to click on the post and see my signature! What?!? No signature? Are you crazy? This is madness! Why would you ever start a new post that did not have a signature promoting your website?

Well, this is why. I think one of the biggest downfalls to starting your own home-based business is DISCOURAGEMENT. We have all of these expectations, but don't realize all the work involved. And since we are rather independent people, we don't have a support team around to help. Sure, we have forums like this and blogs and all (and they serve a great purpose!), but sometimes it would be good to hear another voice talk about what they went through to get where they are.

I am thinking about starting some type of weekly conference call or webcast where we can get people together to talk about the challenges they have faced. People could listen and learn. In essence, I want to start a good coaching and mentoring service.

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Any ideas on how to pull it off so it would be helpful to all?

Well now if I'm not mistaken. You are Sean Mize...yes? I'm not sure, but you sure look a lot like him.
