I'm not interested in being extremely wealthy, but if that happens to be a by-product on the work I do with this, then I sure as hell won't complain! My goal is simple. I usually work about 8-12 hours a day, so that doesn't leave me much free time. But with the free time I DO have, I hope to be making AT LEAST what I make now, which is about $2000 a month. That will be enough for me to go from full-time to part-time hours in a regular job while I build up the real cash. Then, once I at least double that on a consistent basis, I will quit working completely. Once I'm making at least $8,000 a month consistently, I will propose to my girlfriend! So to recap:

$2000 a month - go part-time
$4000 a month - quit my job
$8000 a month - propose to my girlfriend

I may add to or change these goals depending on how things progress. I hope to achieve my first goal in less than 2 months from today.

Sounds like you have a very similar attitude about this as mine, although I haven't chosen dollar amounts yet. So I might just cheat and adopt your plan...except that I'm already married, so your 3rd item wouldn't be very popular with my wife. Seriously though, keep us posted on your progress, and best of luck!
