Holly, I noticed you're online at the moment. I thought maybe you could let us know what the best option is for us to get the update if we have put in a request but haven't heard anything.

Keith isn't alone. I put in a request along with my receipt number but haven't heard back either.

Karen, I do not think that is fair. I have actually tried contacting Holly numerous ways over the last few months. I sent my receipt to the help desk a couple of days ago and have not had a reply as yet but I am waiting to see how that goes.

Just wanted to comment on your post to me.
My harsh reply to Getagrip (Keith) was in response to a posting he wrote and that since has been removed.

If you would have read his post on 9/18 or so, along with venting his frustrations about not hearing from Holly, he went too far, making snide and inappropriate comments about her, behavior that had no place on this Forum. My guess is that Davin, being an admin for Holly as well as a good friend, removed this particular post, as he has done in the past to protect Holly, but made the mistake of leaving my "lecture " to Getagrip, leaving me looking like the Ogre!
I'm really not!

Although Keith's frustration is valid on some level, (I too haven't heard from Holly in a long while), she IS only one person and can only do so much. I know that she's gone through alot recently, more than most people in a lifetime and I try to give her some slack. Look at what she's given!!

Yes, she has responsibility to her users and to those that have intrusted her, but she's always come through or we wouldn't be here.
As I mentioned to Getagrip (Keith), trying a more rational and understanding approach, displaying some sensitivity and sincerity will inevitably get you alot further in life..

Well sorry I didn't take that part out Karen. I did think about it, but, If I was to delete it, all of the following posts past it would be deleted as well. So I didn't go that route.

I could have edited the content out which I just did. Sorry about that, merely an over sight of my own at the time.

As far as Holly's support.

Holly realizes that she is very far behind on support. The truth is she doesn't have anybody to help her in this area at the present moment.

But, that said, she does have a plan in place for the handling of her support. At the moment, Holly is extremely busy trying to get settled once again after a some unfortunate events that were occurring in her life.

I know she's doing her best, and please be patient.

Hopefully very soon, she will have everything sorted, and her support system will be back up as well.

Also, Keith, I just did a search through my personal email and did not find any messages from you. I also checked the help desk and found nothing at all- no account or anything.
