Hi Karen, I actually wrote earlier and it got deleted. I was not aware of the situation with Holly being so busy. I had actually wrote her a few times over the last few months. I also had not realized there was another side to that story. Doesn't knowledge always make things more clear. I had actually put in my invoice to Holly the other day as one of the members had indicated I should do. After your comments I thought I would just be patient for Holly to contact me. She actually did today and I received my download. I just loved her book. Read it twice. Have plans to go back to it again and again. I also want to sell it. I was so looking forward to the update so I can read it again and do a review of it. I'm pretty good at writing so I thought I would do a knock out review and see if I can see some copies. Thanks for clarifying all that stuff for me and now onto making more money

Holly, thanks for the update and no problem on the delays. Just for the record, I tried to reach you via support twice, as well as via PM and email, but everything is fine now, so thanks again for getting back to me. However, as evidenced in this thread, there are obvious issues with your support system, which I'm sure you will get worked out soon enough.

In response to Karen's post, I was the one who went back and edited my post, which seemed to be the best thing to do at the time. Sometimes, when people are frustrated, they vent a little, which is exactly what I did, although I don't think I made any "snide and inappropriate comments". I hope Karen can drop the issue and move on...

Thanks for removing that post for me..leaving mine in while removing "the one in question" seems to have caused a domino effect.
Hopefully we have moved past this to bigger and better things!!
