I've made numerous attempts to contact Holly over the past year and haven't gotten one response, including my latest attempt by contacting the help desk. At this point, all I'm trying to do is get an update for a product I've purchased. I don't think that is a whole lot to ask...

With the link you had posted earlier, I was able to get an update.

I sent a copy of my receipt for the purchase of Book 2. Later that day, I received a download link.

Did you send a copy of your earlier purchase? I believe that someone else earlier in August had the same question.

Yes, I sent my receipt to the link I posted, and I think I did it prior to the post you made. I guess I'll resubmit my info, and post back here in 48 hours if I don't get a response.

Well, I'll put in my two cents worth here. I can understand your frustration on your end, but, let me say. Holly has been through one heck of a time lately...more than most of us would want to be dealing with period. I'll leave it at that..

Hopefully, she will be able to get you your update soon. Actually, in general all previous buyers that are getting the brand new version, should feel fortunate. Very, very, few product owners ever supply new versions and products at no cost. Especially, when their newest products are as impressive as Holly's new guide is. It's re-vamped from the ground up, and is one of the most comprehensive guides I've ever seen.

I have always thought very highly of Holly as she puts out a quality product and is a lot more honest than many "gurus" in the internet marketing world, which is one of the reasons I've been promoting her product for over two years. I can totally understand if she's going through a difficult time lately, and I don't mind waiting for the update. Of course, I would certainly appreciate a response at some point, as anyone would...
