I am wishing to sell Holly's book. Can anyone tell me how this works. I know I will need an affiliate link. Does anyone have an address I can go to for that. Also, if I sign up under that person's link to sell the book do they get an additional financial benefit?

If you purchased her book you already automatically have an affiliate link. Just go to this site: http://www.how2-makemoneyonline.com Then login, then go to the earnings page. Your affiliate link is there. Then sell away!
