You have to have a good support team. You need to surround yourself with people believe in your plan and believe you can do it. More often then not people give up on their dreams because of the negative response they receive from their friends and family.

You need to always be learning. The most successful people are life time learners. They are open minded to new and different way of doing things. They get training in the field they are involved with, along with training on how to improve themselves.
