Okay, about affiliate programs, If I get one domain name, does that mean I'm only going to be partnered with one affiliate?

You can choose to build a site around one affiliate program, or you can make a site about affiliate programs and do reviews for a bunch of them.

HI, If your talking about the part in her book where she says to get a domain name so that you can put your affiliate link in places that dont allow a direct affiliate link then yes.
It is one domain name for each affiliate you are promoting.

Another thing you can do is get a generic domain, for instance "coolstuff.com", and use subdomains or folders...."sausagemaking.coolstuff.com" or "coolstuff.com/gardening"
That way you can do different topics and products with one domain.
