I would very much like to see a special offer section added to the forum. This section would be reserved for members who may have an informational product or PLR articles they can offer forum members at a discounted price.

Your product really can't be a bunch of resell rights ebooks you threw together but would have to be something you created.

To offset the possibility of people joining for the sole fact of selling a fee of $10 or $20 can be charged to place your offer.

This system works quite well in the warrior forum from what I've seen over the last week.

I would be willing to volunteer to help out in any I could should Holly or Davin be too busy to moderate.

Any thoughts?

Well let me tell you some of the good and bad about the WSO if I might here. There are great Warriors over there that offer simply marvelous values in products and service, such as Ladan (the young lady from Iran). There are others than take the money and run and do not respond to other members emails for weeks on end (sse recent Steve thread). These things create bad will and nightmares unending for the valiant admins trying to ride herd on all of this foolishness. They really need a better monitorng plan over there that is in place. There 'Warrior Plus' is an effort in that direction, but is meaningless, unless all folks that are members participant in it. A lot of the buyers are newer members who don't have a clue it even exists, and at least, gives them some hint of who might be reliable, and who cuts and runs.. Massive post counts don't seem to matter either....you see problems from those dudes too, almost every single month.

I am not sure Holly wants to bog herself down here with all that growing can of worms, just yet.

What might work better for our little family group here right now, is that if our other Warrior brethen and sis'es among us, would give their fellow Hollylanders a subtle clue of what is questionable over there. Or better yet, if any Hollylander here is considering buting anything from a WSO over there, pm a few of us Warriors in here lst, and then go from there. At least, you would have some idea of questionable practices, of the past.

Yeah, I'm a little concerned it would just give the forum spammers another place to throw thier crap at us.

Also as much as I respect the Warriors forum and a ton of the members there, it would sort of sadden me to see this turn into another Warrior like forum.

I'm real happy with the way that Holly, and all the members here have made this forum what it is. I've seen some pretty nasty threads etc. happening over at the Warrior forum.

I certainly wouldn't want this forum and everything many of us have worked towards making it what it is take on a whole other personna.

Then again, at another forum that I moderate, they do have a section like that, which works just fine. It's a 50/50 toss up. Mind you, the other forum that I moderate certainly doesn't have the type of traffic or the size of members that we have here.

Yeah Mark, glad ya caught that HOLLYLANDER thing I sort of snuck into the post there. I kind of twisted it from an old made for TV sci fi movie, I saw a few years back. It was not 'Holly' name, but very similar...something like it though. I think it was titled ' The Freelanders'. Holly probably thinks...how the hxll did they let this sci fi nutcase word wrangler in here.
