I looked at the site Suren, to be honest with you I don't have any experience dealing with either one of the sites so I really couldn't recommend one way or the other.
If it was me I think I might be a little leary of Cyberlink Pro. It promises lots of links and what not, but if they are not safe linking partners which it doesn't seem to really discuss, this could hurt you.
I think personally I would recommend a company that Charles Heflin has trained himself from the site SEO2020. I do have experience in knowing what Charles is all about.
Charles is much the same type of person as Holly is, in the fact that he genuinely wants to help people.
On my site you will notice I recommend a book from him. I will always stand behind any thing Charles touches simply because I have communicated with him on occasion and he is the real deal.
Russell Brunson uses a very good company for all of his linkbuilding but they are awfully expensive, like $575 a month.

Using this company Russell was able to come to the front page of Google for the term "internet marketing". Now if there is a term with a lot of competition, this would be the one of the kings. From nothing to the number one page with 456,000,000 competing sites in 3 months. WOW!!, is all I have to say.
I can't even imagine the traffic. This company knows their job very well.
That's the best I could suggest for you there, I don't know about the other companies.
