Hi guys,

Due to the size and proportion that our forum is growing here things are starting to get overwhelming. Especially for our dear friend Holly!

Please, everybody, "new" or if you have been here a while.
If you have a question that needs to be answered please try and have it answered in the forum first. More often than not most questions can be answered here.

If it's more of a question you would like answered a little more privately, then please send an IM to me first to see if I can help you resolve it, or to one of the other senior members that have some great knowledge.

Only email or PM Holly if it is absolutely necessary, OK, guys!!

Like I said most questions can usually be answered here. Sometimes it may take a bit but please be patient.

Our beloved Holly, let's not forget, is just one person and there is only so much of her time to go around.

So please out of respect for Holly let's try and help her out a bit ok, it's just to much sometimes for one person to handle!

I know she would appreciate it.

To be honest, sometimes I don't know how holly gets around to answering everybody's questions! I remember every email I sent she answered which was kind of insane because she has her own IM to do.

Hopefully more of us will become gurus so we can all pitch in to help others.

Yeah, well that's the whole point. Were trying to lighten her load a bit, because it's hard to be available for everyone all the time, and also maintain her own work and life too. She does has one you know!!

Poor Holly I keep thinking of how in her ebook she explains the work she did and patience she had when her first connection in Thailand would take hours to make one adjustment because it was so slow.

She's done a lot to get to where she is, she needs a break to refresh

I can only imagine the loads of help request she gets! Not sure of how many web sites she has buy Holly seems very hands on so I know she probably runs them all, which has to be exhausting.

Maybe there should be "Ask for Help Here" category near the top of the topics section. I'm sure everyuone here would pitch in!

My exboyfriend worked for a big hardware manufacturer and used to tell me funny stories about the types of call they got for help.

One time a gentleman called about not being able to send email and no joke: He had typed out his email on a typewriter and was holding it up to the computer monitor like it was a scanner saying it wouldn't send! LOL...

To tell you the truth I don't post here and expect Holly to give me her personal attention. That would be real selfish considering how many others with knowledge are here.
I am grateful that when I first found her and did have questions to ask she would send a reply within 24 hrs. That was impressive , and still is a good memory.
That's why I came back here and why I continue. I don't have all the answers, more now than six months ago.
I'm thinking we are all here to help each other progress to some extent.
All that aside, yeah, take the workload off Holly.
As a matter of fact Holly, if there were three things that we could all do as a group to help you what would they be?

Just some random thoughts.
