Marc thank you so much, I have been waiting for a very long time to get that question answered. I really appreciate it.
I will have to do some more keyword research. The keywords I did optimize my page for, I am already on the first page of google for them, although like you said. If there are not many people searching for them it is pretty much useless. I am receiving a small amount of organic google traffic now which is nice. But my traffic levels are real low.
Thanks again

Chamel,
I'm with Mark on this. I had a question like yours sometime ago and I was confused with the KEI readings to the search per day results. Holly told me the same thing. Don't worry about the Kei what you want is high searches and low competition sometimes KEI just confuses people.
I like marks tip because sometimes it does take forever to sift through all the phrases it comes up with.

One more question. you said that you can optomize for many key phrases. I will put them in my Meta Tags. And I will put some in the site itself.
Now if you optimize for many key phrases, I'm not sure how you would be stuffing those keywords into your site.
Maybe in my Blogs I could stuff certain key phrases in different articles opposed to stuffing the same key phrase in all the articles like I have done.
Thanks again

Chamel,
Having a single keyphrase is no longer sufficient if you want to rank well in Google. Stuffing the same keyphrase as many times as you can onto a page is no good. You need to use words and language that are related to your keyphrase.
If your main keyphrase is, say "skateboard ramp". A quick search of Google using "~skateboard" indicates (in bold) that "skateboarding" and "skateboarder" are related terms, so you should work those in. Doing the same for "~ramp", shown that "halfpipe" is a related term.
A more extensive keyphrase search in Wordtracker might turn up "skateboard deck", "skateboard wheels" and "skateboard trick" as viable keyphrases, all of which would be directy relevant.
Optimising individual pages for each of these keyphrases will usually give you better traffic than if you optimise your site entire site for just one. You could create separate sections of your site covering each sub-topic.
Google's algorithms are sophisticated enough to recognise that all of these keyphrases are related to your main keyphrase. This allows you to pull in traffic from several directly related low traffic keyphrases to increase the number of visitors to your site, as well as boost your ranking for your main keyphrase.
For your blog, as long as the keyphrases are related, you can probably switch between them.
-Mark.

Hi Chamel, When I use Wordtracker (like Marc said) I don't pay attention to KEI at all. I just look at the approximate number of searches per day and also look at the amount of competing websites. Ideally, I would like thousands of searches per day and less than 5 million competing sites. But normally, there may be a few hundred searches per day and 1/2 million competing sites - and that is great. Personally, I try to stick with one to three main keyphrases or keywords I want to optimize for. Then I look at all the other keyphrases that are also searched for and take note of the ones which are searched for most. I make sure my writer contains those words throughout the articles which are written to put on the site. But, the main keywords or phrases should be much more prominent than the minor ones. For a site that may have a million competing site more or less, I try to get 10-15 high keyword rich articles to put on the site. the more content the better. I make sure the first two paragraphs contain many occurrences (without being obnoxiously redundant) of the keywords, then the closing paragraph should as well. I also optimize every individual page (title, description and keywords) and then submit my site and articles to Lots and Lots of directories. I explain all that in the ebook though. Hope this helps!
