All this - Expansion - 'Lets make it Bigger, Larger - more Magestical!' More Money. Don't loose what you have here now - in this hunt to gain more.
You've got an open - straightforward, no BS place, where people exchange strategies, observations and experience. And you actually 'trust' one another. Its refreshing, and rare.
Whenever things get bigger; groups, projects, businesses - the hard part [I've seen it] is not to turn a profit, or have your Baby become the most beautiful and sexiest thing on the market - No, its allways, in not breaking your original intent.
Don't spoil what’s here now. That adage, 'If the damm thing ain't broke, don't fix it!'
This thing of yours, is capable of going Sky-High, take it there, Do. I've every confidence Hon that you, your colleagues - and everyone here can make something spectacular. Hell, anything I can do - I’ll work at it. Be excellent to be involved in it.
But whatever you do - maintain the values you've created here - or it'll just turn into another piece of unwholesome crap floating round the web.
Someone stated ‘We already are different,’ - that can so very quickly change in the glamour that is expansion.
Stay on the ball. Don’t get cocky with it.
Or it’ll just go. Won’t be the same anymore and you'll regret it, for a long time to come. Some things can't be salvaged.
In all this strategy analysis, its excellent stuff you’re all working through, but you can still unintentionally end up with a site that isn’t the same thing as you had here.
Other side of the coin – yes - you can end up with a site which has the same intents, integrity and goals as this one has – but be far larger and grander in scale and ability. Which is what you all want, which would be incredible. Just don’t get blinkered with all the ‘reaching for the sky.’
