Sorry I didn't get back to you on this sooner. For some reason the forum quite sending me notifications of replies and messages for about a month. I think it is working again now???

Anyway, the answer is yes to both of those questions. The tools of SBI include a brainstorming tool that helps you choose a niche that is good as well as finding the best keywords and phrases that relate to that niche.

I guess you can say it "replaces" wordtracker, but in actuality, it includes wordtracker. Their keyword research tools incorporate wordtracker and a few other things to find demand, supply, and profitability for each word/phrase relating to your niche.

It comes with 25 searches in wordtracker. If you run out, you can buy extra - I think it is 500 searches for $50. I've never run out, so I've never had to buy the extra. I suppose if you can't settle on a niche you may use up your searches and need more. If that is the case, .10 cents a piece is a pretty cheap deal, they don't have to be used all at one time so they would last you for years potentially.
