Good Morning ! ( on my end )
I just got up and around and had hoped to see a reply.
This just came back from paypal and I was wondeing if someone can translate for me. I don't know if my question was answered or not.

I'm not sure. Perhaps the answer is so simple that I can't see it.
Here is the email; Dear Carl Sandel,
Hello, my name is Julie and I am happy to assist you with your question
regarding security of buttons.
PayPal uses SSL encryption to encrypt data between PayPal and your browser.
While this is very secure, this does not prevent 3rd parties from spoofing
as a merchant, or untrustworthy buyers who would try to change payment
details.
With encrypted Website Payments Standard buttons, no one except for PayPal
can read payments sent through a Website Payments Standard button and
PayPal will know this payment only came from you, the merchant.
I appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We are committed to making your
experiences at PayPal pleasant and rewarding.
So ? ....
Carl
